To use the services at Kvarttis, you must comply with our terms of use. They are for everyone's good!

Our terms and conditions are there to make the services and user experience at Kvarttis as good as possible.
These Terms of Use are effective June 20, 2023.
Kvarttis – Green Catalysator IT AB

These terms of use and other rules available on Kvarttis website govern your use of the Kvarttis services. Kvarttis is a protected trademark and is owned by Green Catalysator IT AB. Org 559145-7147. Address: Prästkragevägen 9. 74637 Bålsta. "Kvarttis" will henceforth be equated with "Green Catalysator IT AB".
These Terms of Use are also available in Swedish. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Swedish versions, the Swedish version shall prevail.
By accepting these Terms of Use and using the Services, you thereby agree to comply with them.
For you to use our services, we need to collect certain personal data about you or the organization you represent. We try to keep it to a minimum and your privacy means everything to us.
Under "GDPR and Privacy Policy" you will find information about what information we collect, how we use your personal data and what choices and rights you have.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental approval to enter into an agreement for the Services. This must be shown on request.
If you register a company, non-profit organization, or other form of organization as a user, you represent that you have the mandate to bind them to these Terms of Use. This must be shown on request.
Kvarttis Marketplace
Kvarttis Marketplace is a service where registered users can interact and agree on different deals, such as buy-sell a product or service.
Kvarttis – Event
Kvarttis Event is a service where registered users can have a planned public event of sale/gathering for many purposes. The event can also be tagged to different categories on Kovarttis Marketplace. Other users can register for the event in different ways and the event owner can follow up.
Kvarttis – My Page
Kvarttis - "My Page" is a service where registered users can easily and quickly create their own website. My Page can be tagged to different categories on Kvarttis Marketplace. The user can also link their own domain name to their page on Kvarttis.
There are four user types, and you must use the type that is most suitable, for example, a Company may not register as a Private Person and vice versa. We have different services and fees for each user type, for example, Non-profit / Sports Organization and Other (e.g., a school class) can have a significantly lower price.
User type must be specified during account creation:
Private person (consumer)
May only be used by persons authorized to enter into this Agreement under our Terms of Use.
Company (Entrepreneur - Limited liability company or individual company)
This is for legal entities and who have products/services with deductible VAT. Companies have more laws to follow, such as complying with consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Purchase Act, the Price Information Act and the Consumer Services Act. Companies at Kvarttis must comply with these laws and the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
Non-profit organizations and Sports clubs
These users must have the purpose of being non-profit and must have a company registration number.
Other (e.g., School classes)
Kvarttis has the user type "Other" to give other forms of organizations the opportunity to also act on Kvarttis. For example, it can be a school class that performs certain services to gather for a school trip. It can be a family that cleans up the family farm etc.
Important to consider for the different user types:
Accounts that are not of the Private Person type must have a contact person registered on the account and this person must have the power of attorney to sign this agreement and, upon request, also present this authorization. For example, it can be an approved meeting minutes.
Kvarttis reserves the right to determine whether a user has the correct user type. If necessary, we can ask the contact person to change the user type. In the event of any disagreement, it is our opinion that prevails, and we reserve the right to change the user type or / and suspend the user.
Username, email, and phone number are required to create an account. We have the username to hide your name. It is used between you and other users.
For companies and other forms of organization, organization numbers and contact person information are also required.
Only Kvarttis' administrators see your real e-mail address and it is used partly to enable us to contact you and partly to enable Kvarttis' messaging service to send you notifications from other users.
Your phone number can also be kept hidden, but you can also choose that it is available to either logged-in users or all website visitors.
At Kvarttis we only have content (ads, events, and websites) that is generated by registered users. You as a user guarantee that you have the necessary rights to what you create and post, either by creating this yourself or that those who participated (e.g., in the picture you have taken) have given you permission to use it.
You must guarantee what you use in your ads, events and website does not contain intellectual property protected material, such as images, logos, or other material that you are not permitted to use.
By adding material, such as an advertisement, you give Kvarttis the right to freely process, such as adapt its format, store, or copy it and make it available to the public regardless of media channel and to further grant these rights to any partners. Otherwise, we will not be able to publish your material. These rights remain even after the material has been deleted.
You hereby waive any claim for compensation from Kvarttis for the use of your material.
In addition to user-generated materials, we may have third-party advertisements on the Site and then it is obvious that they are third-party advertisements.
Offensive and offensive content
Ads, events, or websites, in words, images or other forms, that may seem offensive or offensive to different social groups are not allowed.
Intellectual property rights
Kvarttis, owns the rights to everything on the website, such as text, image and design or other material and information provided to you to enable normal use of the services. This also includes the program code for the services. You are only entitled to use the Services in accordance with their purpose. In other words, they may NOT be used in any other way than within the framework of normal use. Unless otherwise stated, all materials are the exclusive property of Kvarttis.
It is allowed to print individual pages from the website for your own use. Otherwise, it is not permitted in any form or method without prior written permission from us. This also includes the use of robots, spiders, or similar technologies.
You hereby agree that an agreement entered with Kvarttis may be transferred to a third party without your consent, for example if Kvarttis is acquired, split off or merges with another company. You give this acceptance by agreeing to our Terms of Use.
Kvarttis reserves the right to discontinue, change or replace its services without prior notice. We will try to be very careful with this and in cases where we find it reasonable also reimburse you, however max the amount corresponding to the cost of the service. We intend to keep communication with you via your registered email.
Our Terms of Use are updated continuously. In cases where significant changes have been made, your consent will be obtained before the change takes effect. Such consent can be given, for example, when you publish new ads, and you click in that you accept the terms.
Kvarttis has the right to send out e-mails to registered users, and by registering on the website, you agree to receive information sent to your e-mail address. Such information may be, for example, information about changed or new services at Kvarttis.
However, the information you get from Kvarttis will be mostly from other users on Kvarttis who are interested in your ad!
Kvarttis – Green Catalysator IT AB is a Swedish company and is subject to Swedish law and applies to our services and terms of use. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts. You can also turn to the General Complaints Board, www.arn.se
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We will have scheduled maintenance outages (information will be provided in advance) but operations may also be disrupted by factors beyond our control.
We cannot be held liable for damages caused using our services, which is essentially the provision of a platform, where users can interact, communicate, and agree on various trades, such as buy-sell a good or service. We are neither involved in the transaction between the different parties nor have control over them. The only thing we can do is suspend a user who does not follow the rules and, if necessary, make a police report in case of suspected violation of the law.
We cannot be held responsible for the advertised product or service. We have no responsibility for the advertised product / service in any way and you as a user are responsible for the business you do by responding to advertisements.
Kvarttis will only reimburse direct costs incurred in using the services as a direct result of our negligence and then at most pay back the advertising cost. This could be relevant if the website is down for a long time due to negligence on our part.
We are NOT liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or consequential damages.
As a user, you undertake to indemnify Kvarttis and exclude a conflict with a third party, for example because of violating laws, third party rights or our rules and terms of use.
On the internet, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but to use our services, you must accept that the right of withdrawal ends immediately when your ad has been published, which happens either immediately after your payment is completed or up to a few hours thereafter if your ad has been selected for manual review by the system. Our service is considered completed when your advertisement is published and the same applies to any additional services.
Until end of 2024, the "Events" and "My Page" services are free.
Refunds may be relevant in the event of certain technical problems or incorrect payments, if the error lies with us and then the highest advertising cost.
If the user has abused or manipulated the use of our services, or if the user has violated our terms of use and rules, Kvarttis will block the advertising and no refund will be made.
Kvarttis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove items that we believe violate our terms of use.
Kvarttis reserves the right, on its own initiative or after notification from other users, to carry out checks, such as verifying a user's identity. If you choose not to participate in such a check, you risk having your user account blocked or deleted.
The Kvarttis messaging service enables communication between different users. Users can connect this service to their email (which is kept secret) to receive notifications. You will only be able to reach each other via the messaging service, but there you can later decide, for example, to exchange contact information. You will only see each other's Alias (username) unless you specify otherwise in your messages. This is done for security reasons, and we urge all users to exercise caution and vigilance when exchanging private contact information and face-to-face meetings.
Users are expected to have good tone and pleasant demeanor.
It is forbidden to use the messaging service to perform anything illegal or otherwise unsuitable for the purpose of the communication.
Pirated copies, counterfeit trademarks, software and other trademarked products and stolen goods are prohibited from being marketed in any way on Kvarttis.
Goods and services that are not allowed to be sold under Swedish law or are otherwise considered unsuitable may NOT be marketed / advertised on Kvarttis. In addition, these products are not allowed for ethical reasons:
The sale of animal species prohibited by law or regulation constitutes a breach of contract and entails suspension from Kvarttis.
We strongly advise against buying animals due to an ill-considered impulse act. It should be clear that becoming a pet owner is a big responsibility and associated with quite large expenses.
Links and references in ads, events or websites must be relevant to the product or service you are advertising about. This may be relevant if you are registered as a Company or organization. Keep in mind that the same rules apply to the links as to the ad in general. You as a user are responsible for the content of the website you link to.
Advertising on Kvarttis
Kvarttis has rules for advertising as well as rules for the design and categorization of the ads. Failure to follow these rules may result in your suspension. You must follow the rules!
Rules of advertising
You are personally responsible for what you put in your ad, event, and website and that you do not violate applicable laws and regulations. If it comes to our attention that a user is violating laws and regulations, we can file a police report. In such cases, we retain all user information to facilitate any police investigation.
All registered users can report an ad, event, or website to us if they think it is inappropriate, misleading, distasteful, etc. or that it even violates applicable laws and regulations and our terms of use.
Unauthorised goods and services
Through the different categories at Kvarttis, we try to inform you about what kind of products and services you can advertise on Kvarttis. We are constantly reviewing this range. In each category, we also try to have the subcategory "Other". This should be interpreted as placing ads that may not fit into the existing subcategories but are closely related and may belong to the main category. Ads that do not meet this requirement may be deleted and the user may receive a warning or, in the worst case, be blocked as a user.
Kvarttis is dependent on users giving each other relevant and truthful reviews. Make sure you give each other reviews and feel free to leave a written review in addition to the rating.
If you see frivolous ads, events or websites or experience a user as frivolous, it is important that you point this out to Kvarttis. You do this by using the function "Report the ad", "Report the event owner" and "Report the page owner". Please justify your report in detail, as this may be grounds for blocking or excluding users.
A breach of contract is the non-compliance of any of the clauses in this Agreement by the User.
In the event of a breach of contract, Kvarttis will act decisively and warn, block, and ultimately suspend users.
Suspension can be temporary or permanent. Users who have been permanently banned will not be allowed to register again.
