The services are completely free during 2023
Our philosophy is to have low prices for all user types, but they can vary depending on the type of user. Every price is well visible at every stage of the process. At the end of the ad creation, you can also use the "Calculate the cost" function then you will see the cost specification and can then either change the ad again or/and go to payment.
For paid ads, you can download your Receipt under "My payments". We encourage users to download their receipts as soon as possible and no later than one month after the ad expires or is disabled. After that, even Receipts disappear!
On the internet, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but to use our services, you must accept that the right of withdrawal expires immediately after your ad has been published, which normally takes place immediately after your payment is completed, unless the advertisement is selected for manual review and then delayed by a few hours. Our service is considered completed when your ad is published and the same applies to any additional services.
Refunds may be applicable in the event of certain technical problems or incorrect payments, if the fault lies with us and then at most the advertising cost.
If the user misused or manipulated the use of our services, or if the user violated our terms of use and rules, Kvarttis will block the advertising and no refund will be made.
